A gold smelting DC Electric Arc Furnace is a specialized equipment used to enrich precious metals such as gold. This equipment is heated by a high-temperature arc. The arc temperature can reach 4000 ℃. The ultra-high temperature environment provided by the device can effectively peel off the silica shell wrapped around gold atoms, restoring the gold atoms to their independent state. During the smelting process, iron sheets are added to the furnace to form molten iron, which is used to capture independent gold atoms floating in the slag and obtain gold iron alloys. After a period of capture, gold atoms exist in molten iron. At this point, the gold enrichment process is completed and the furnace can proceed.
The slag can be directly poured into the water tank to form water slag. Water slag can be sold to cement factories as cement raw materials. The gold iron alloy liquid enters the specialized atomization equipment and becomes small particles. After collecting the particles, the next refining step can be carried out.
This equipment has electromagnetic stirring and electrolysis functions, which can accelerate the process of capturing gold atoms in molten iron. So using this equipment to smelt gold can greatly improve the yield of gold.
